How To Prevent Pregnancy Stretch Marks
Stretch marks are one of those things that pregnant women dread getting.
They're ugly, and once you have them they are difficult to get rid of and/ or get to fade. However, you can do a few things to help prevent your getting stretch marks at all:
- Watch your weight. Don't overeat and eat a healthy diet, this will ensure that you don't gain more weight than you should and will help to prevent stretch marks.
