How To Let People Know It's A Boy! It's A Girl!

 We went low-tech.

I had my 6-year-old son call his dad, to whom he proudly announced:

"Our team is winning!"

The quickest way to tell everyone the sex of your baby is probably by email. 

Design a simple card that reveals the sex of your future child.

E-cards That Say "It's A Boy!": 

• Blue Mountain "Going To Have A Boy" (with ultrasound image)

Do scan your ultrasound photos for preservation.  That way, you can crop and insert them in e-cards and e-mails just as you would a traditional photo!

Did you record your baby's ultrasound?  Upload the footage to YouTube, then send the link to all your friends and family. I love the way these parents added music and subtitles!

There are some tacky t-shirts on the web, but I liked these simple $18 tees from Etsy.  You can even get one with the ultrasound image or due date!

Or make your own pregnancy t-shirt. Let the older sibs loose with some pink or blue fabric paint!

Say It Big With Balloons:

One mom I know flooded the living room with blue helium ballons to surprise her husband! 

Most grocery stores sell plain helium balloons for $1 apiece; Walmart will fill your ballons free if you purchase the package in the store.  Dollar Tree is the best value for mylar baby balloons ($1).
